What is Cystic Fibrosis?
Cystic Fibrosis is a chronic genetic disorder that damages the lungs and digestive system by affecting the protein in the body. Naturally produced mucus, an important substance, is slippery and protects the airways, digestive tract, and other organs and tissues.
